Celebrating its 131st anniversary, ADT Security Services, Inc., a unit of Tyco Fire & Security, is the largest provider of electronic security services to more than six million commercial, government and residential customers throughout North America.

Program:

ADT enlisted TEAM Marketing to develop an event marketing and sponsorship program that would complement its existing marketing strategy in order to drive sales and brand visibility. ADT historically relied on traditional advertising and direct marketing campaigns.

Results:

TEAM developed an integrated sponsorship program for ADT that combined customer hospitality, public relations, community relations, advertising and promotions to help drive sales and build the ADT brand. Since 2001, ADT has received a 3 to 1 ratio of return on investment, has reinforced customer and brand loyalty, has stimulated new lead generation opportunities on a grassroots level, and increased brand exposure to new audiences with a significant savings in cost per lead.
